Our original video inventory includes:

  • Attending the property and carrying out a full video inventory of its contents and schedule of condition for all rooms supplemented by a fullly detailed inventory document  
  • Accurately recording in detail, all fixtures fittings and furniture and their condition
  • Recording the make and serial number of all appliances if possible to obtain without moving anything
  • Recording utility meter readings and test all electrical items for power where possible
  • Testing smoke alarms where possible to reach without ladders
  • Taking a full high quality video of all rooms and other areas of the property
  • Providing a DVD containing the full video inventory complete with detailed voice recording, plus a PDF containing a written inventory in support
  • Advising of any items that need cleaning, repairing or replacing
