Interim inspection service
It is often advisable to carry out an interim inspection of a tenanted property at some point during the tenancy (usually every 6 months). At your request, we will revisit the property and complete a general inspection of how the property is being treated.
We will create an interim inventory that checks selected items against the original inventory and check for signs of damage, maintenance issues, pets, smoking (if non smoking) and report on the general level of care from the tenant.
We will record any issues that we believe you should be aware of, take photographs / video footage where required, and arrange for the tenant to sign a mid-term declaration.
This will be added to the inventory file. The tenant will also receive a copy, and will be asked to sign to confirm that the inspection took place.
