Check in service

The Video Inventory Agency offers a complete check-in service with the tenant present, so as to obtain their signed agreement to the accuracy of the inventory. 

This service includes a hand over of keys, confirming meter readings and explaining to the tenant what is expected of them.

We provide them not only with a copy of the inventory but a set of recommendations as to how they should look after your property and what they need to do to ensure that no charges will be levied when they depart.

This is best practice, shows that you are a responsible landlord/ letting agent, helps create a trouble free tenancy and makes claims to the Tenancy Deposit Agency extremely unlikely.

We can send the DVD and inventory to the tenant on your behalf and obtain their acceptance of the accuracy of the inventory.
